Travel Writers: We Have a Question for You.
Plus, two must-read stories from our students for T+L and NatGeo.
Hello, travel writers,
We love exercising our teaching skills within the Be A Travel Writer community, but we’re also here to learn from you — and, at the end of the day, to deliver the most helpful travel writing tools possible, when and where you need them.
With that in mind, we want to know: What day of the week would you most like to receive this newsletter? We typically send on weekdays (most often Mondays, when travel doesn’t get in the way), but we’ve noticed so many of you are signing up for the Job Board on Saturdays. So, let us know. When do you do your best pitch planning?
What day is best to receive this newsletter? |
For this week, we hope you enjoy a hump day treat in the form of lots of job opportunities — and two GREAT reads from BATW students who landed their first stories in Travel + Leisure and National Geographic! Keep scrolling for those.
And as always, see more on the Be A Travel Writer Job Board for only $4/month or $40/year. We each added multiple openings and new calls for pitches today alone. Happy pitching!
